If you have problems with using the cloud saves functionality with your game, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First of all, please make sure that you add both the Galaxy client and the game itself to your security software's list of trusted applications/whitelist. Please make sure that you add exceptions to all of the security softwares (firewall, anti-virus scanner, etc.) that you use.
For cloud saves to work properly, you should also start the game directly from its library entry in Galaxy. Make sure that you are connected to the internet when starting and exiting the game, as this is when the saves are synchronized.
Please also make sure that you have cloud saves enabled in the client by checking the option in the client's settings. You can access the settings by clicking on the GOG.com logo in the top left corner of the client.
You should also check that you have enabled cloud saves for the game in question by opening its library entry, clicking on "More" and choosing "Settings" in the dropdown menu.
