Creating a DXDiag report
To launch the DXDiag application, press the Windows Key + R, type in dxdiag and press Enter. Please do not swich to the 64-bit version, as the 32-bit version is preferred. In the DXDiag window, click "Save All Information...", then choose a location in which you want to save the file (your desktop, for instance). Once you have created the file, please attach it to your support request using the "Add file" button above.

Creating a GOG system report
If you have installed the game using our *.sh installer, open your default terminal emulator, and run the following commands (don\'t forget to adapt the first command depending on the game and its location. Use TAB to auto-complete the location and prevent typos and mistakes, and RETURN key - "Enter" - to confirm):

How to install my game via GOG GALAXY 2.0?
To install your GOG game please go to GOG.COM from the Games list on the left side, next click on the title you wish to install and click the Install button on top of the page. Pick the directory you want to install your game to and press Continue. The install button will change to display the installation progress.

What data does GOG GALAXY 2.0 store?
What kind of stats and activities will GOG GALAXY 2.0 show me?
You’ll see all your games from connected platforms together with your progress in each title – the achievements you’ve earned and your game time. Also, for your GOG GALAXY friends, you’ll be able to see their online status and what games they are playing, with their achievements and time spent in each title.
Can I add a single game to my games library?
This functionality is currently not available, but in the future apart from games imported from platforms you connect in GOG GALAXY 2.0, you will also be able to manually add a single game to your master games collection, edit all details, add images as well as all necessary files to launch it from the app.
Will I be able to customize my games library?
Yes, our goal is to provide you with the most options possible to customize your games library. In GOG GALAXY 2.0, you’ll be able to create your own views based on different filters available in the app, tags that you’ll create on your own, and search queries you’ll come up with. Mix and match all of those options to create countless library views. Once you do, save them for quick access and automatic synchronization. On top of that, you can also manually edit the metadata of every game in your master games collection.

How do I connect my accounts from other platforms in GOG GALAXY 2.0?
Connecting accounts from other platforms in GOG GALAXY 2.0 is simple and takes just a few clicks. Start with “Add games & friends” button on your master game collection screen and choose “Import from other platforms” option. Next you’ll see all available platform integrations. Click “Connect” by the platform of your choice, and a pop-up with details about that specific integration will be shown. Once you decide to proceed, you will be asked to log into your account on that platform. After successful login, GOG GALAXY 2.0 will give you access to all the available features of that platform.
Will GOG GALAXY 2.0 detect games that I don’t have installed on my PC?
GOG GALAXY 2.0 is importing information from your account from connected platforms and shows all the games available there, no matter if you have them installed or not. If you own games beyond platforms available in the app, you can add single titles manually to your master games collection.
Do I need to have gaming clients installed on my PC to launch games via GOG GALAXY 2.0?
Yes, if you want to get access to any features specific to that platform, e.g. installing or auto-updating games, cloud saves, etc.
What data does GOG GALAXY 2.0 share with other platforms?
We’re not sharing any data with third parties.
How can I delete my data from GOG GALAXY 2.0?
Once you disconnect a platform from GOG GALAXY 2.0, all your data is removed from our servers.
GOG GALAXY 2.0 lost connection, but my data is still saved.
To remove data from our server you need to manually disconnect from platform, in case if GOG GALAXY 2.0 lost connection please make sure to connect and disconnect.
What are the community integrations and how I can create one?
We want to offer integrations with all possible gaming platforms. This is a challenging and time-consuming process, not only because these are technically complex projects, but they also require negotiations and agreements with partners. We want all our official integrations to be supported by respective platform holders, so we make sure they’re in-line with partners’ policies and that they’re safe. While we’re hard at work on adding more official integrations, we’ve decided to give you – the community – an opportunity to work on your own open source platform integrations. I’m a GOG.COM user, what’s new for me in GOG GALAXY 2.0?
The whole client has been rebuilt from the ground up to be better and faster. All features for third party platforms work for GOG.COM. With the new games library, you’ll be able to filter, sort and add tags to customize your views and save them for easy access. Thanks to the new friends section, you’ll have a chance to track your friends progress in every GOG.COM game, as well as see what they are currently playing. On top of that, GOG GALAXY 2.0 will remain your optional client for GOG.COM games – features like auto-updates, cloud saves, cross-play, rollbacks and more stay the same as the GOG GALAXY you’re currently using. Once we finish all beta phases and release officially, the current version of GOG GALAXY client will be updated to the GOG GALAXY 2.0 application.
Can I buy games via GOG GALAXY 2.0?
If you’re interested in buying games, you can purchase GOG.COM games via GOG GALAXY 2.0. There is a separate “Store” tab in the app, that opens GOG.COM store. If you don’t have interest in using GOG.COM, you’ll be able to hide it in the app’s options.
Will GOG GALAXY 2.0 keep all my games up to date?
Only GOG.COM games will be automatically updated by GOG GALAXY 2.0, if you choose to enable this feature. Games from other platforms need to be updated by their own clients, so if there is a newer version of the game available after you launch it via GOG GALAXY 2.0, it will first download the latest update.
How to update my non-GOG games?
Updates for non-GOG titles are handled by their launchers. Starting the game should make the launcher check for updates.
GOG GALAXY 2.0 doesn't show my newest purchases from other platforms.
Unfortunately sometimes detecting new games may be delayed, please refresh integrations manually; Click settings icon in the left top corner of GOG GALAXY 2.0 and select “refresh integrations”
How can I browse games from selected platform?
Please note that GOG GALAXY 2.0 gives you multiple options to segregate your games. Select your library from the left panel and click on the filter above, to enable any of it just select these you want to see.
How can I add selected filters as my bookmark.
Once you set your filters, please click the empty bookmark icon in the left top corner of the library. You should see the new bookmark appear on the left panel.
Will Bandwidth limit set on GOG GALAXY 2.0 affect installing games from other platforms?
No, the Bandwidth limit will affect only installing downloading grams from GOG.COM, for other games you will have to set such limits manually in other clients.
I've found an issue, where can I report it?
Open GOG GALAXY 2.0 and click the cog icon located in the top left corner, select “Report issue” and fill in the form to send a report. Please note the “Public” report may be available for other users, so please don't put any personal information. If for some reason you are unable to do that, please send report manually via Mantis2 (our bug-tracker for GOG GALAXY 2.0).
Why some games are displayed multiple times in my library?
That can happen in case if you own game on multiple platforms, it will be displayed multiple times. You can use the library filters to simply show games from selected platform or just hide it from library.
Why some of my games are missing images?
Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to automatically import game’s media, in such case all media need to be added manually. Please report all problematic games, instructions on how to do that can be found here. Make sure to select the category “Other”
How can I change the GOG store currency?
Click your avatar at the top of the left panel and select Account management from drop-down menu. Next switch to Account and Locale tab and you should be able to change your currency from there.
How can I change client language?
Click the cog icon located in the top left corner, select “Settings”, the Language option is on the General tab.
How can I change game language?
Please note that some titles have language setting available from the in-game options menu. You will be able to change language only for GOG Games. To do that open your library and navigate to the game hub, from there click (...) and “Manage Installation“ > “Configure...” > “Installation” - and here you will be able to change the language. If you can see “Managed in-game only” that means you can change language only from in-game menu.
How can I access beta channels?
Please note that you will be able to access beta channels only for GOG Games. To do that open your library and navigate to the game hub, from there click (...) and “Manage Installation“ > “Configure...” > “Installation” - and click beta channels to choose that one you need.

It can happen that GOG GALAXY 2.0 won’t be able to connect due to some unexpected problem, in such a case please try to connect once again and if the issue will persist please report it here.
