We make every effort to ensure that our services: the gog.com website and the GOG GALAXY app, are digitally accessible to the widest possible audience. We strive to ensure that everyone can fully utilize our content and functionalities.
Digital Accessibility Status
Our services partially comply with the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with the requirements for the availability of certain products and services by business entities. We are also in the process of adapting them and making every effort to ensure they meet all requirements.
The last accessibility audit was conducted by Quale UX – Krzysztof Miotk in August 2025.
This audit was based on a combination of automated scans of key pages and components and manual analysis, including service navigation, of accessibility barriers. This declaration was prepared based on self-assessment and the results of this audit.
Changes introduced:
General accessibility: As part of the audit, we have already implemented numerous measures aimed at enabling barrier-free use of our services. Many interactive elements now have the appropriate attributes correctly implemented. The header structure has been improved, and most main buttons and form fields now have visible focus indicators.
WCAG 2.1 Non-Compliances
The audit identified a room for improvement within our services. The identified non-compliances include:
● Lack of accessible text for interactive elements.
● Missing labels for form fields.
● Missing alternative text for SVG images and icons.
● Inability to use key functions via keyboard.
● Insufficient color contrast.
● Incorrect or missing ARIA attributes.
We assure you that we will continue to modernize our services in accordance with the guidelines.
